Tommy Hilfiger's Fall-Winter '24 runway show at New York Fashion Week was an absolute masterpiece that embodied the brand's classic, all-purpose, stylish vibe. The event was a perfect "New York Moment," with the iconic Grand Central's Oyster Bar as its backdrop. The brand presented the Classic American Cool style both on and off the runway, and it was a night of fashion, entertainment, and, of course, celebrity.
The front row was filled with VIP guests, including Sofia Richie Grainge, Damson Idris, Sonam Kapoor, Junho Lee, and Nicole Warne. They were all dressed in shoppable collections, embracing the "See Now, Buy Now" trend that has moved from the runway to everyday cultural conversation. As a guest, it was exciting to witness the fusion of brand experience, talent, and content.
The Fall-Winter '24 collection was inspired by New York, the home of Classic American Cool. Tommy Hilfiger channeled the city's unique style and reinterpreted it with a distinctly Tommy twist. The silhouettes drew from a period when TOMMY HILFIGER relaxed the codes of American prep by playing with wider trouser legs, relaxed button-downs, and boxy outerwear. The collection was infused with modernity while staying true to the brand's iconic DNA, with shades of red, white, and blue.
The entertainment and experience were also top-notch. Questlove's soundtrack was inspired by the Grand Central venue and curated as a journey through New York's five boroughs. Multi-GRAMMY® winner Jon Batiste delivered a high-energy finale performing his hit track "Freedom." The all-front-row show was produced on an intimate scale, putting a new twist on Tommy's form of fashion entertainment. It felt like fashion's most fun (not so) secret club, with guests, ushered underground to a charming experience.

The Oyster Bar was decorated with nods to the ultimate American dreamer's style and personal history, paying tribute to the history of Tommy. Wood-paneled booth seating added intimacy with signature pinstripe cushions to be donated to Material For The Arts, giving back to the local community. The brand's red, white, and blue DNA was dotted throughout on the hand-illustrated placemats and coasters featuring the city's iconography. Meanwhile, the navy carpet grounded the space in Tommy's iconic style. Guests were treated to timeless cocktails, including the Old Fashioned and Tommy's favorite – the classic Martini.
It was also exciting to see the new long-term TOMMY HILFIGER Womenswear ambassador, Sofia Richie Grainge, who is reshaping what it means to influence fashion today, bringing her take on Classic American Cool style to the front row. Damson Idris, Hollywood actor and multi-year TOMMY HILFIGER Menswear Ambassador, also made a special guest appearance. Idris is currently filming APXGP, a highly anticipated Formula One™️ feature film sponsored by Tommy Hilfiger and produced by Sir Lewis Hamilton's Dawn Apollo Films banner.

In all, the event was a perfect "New York Moment," and Tommy Hilfiger once again proved why it is one of the most iconic American fashion brands. The Fall-Winter '24 collection was a love letter to New York, and it was an honor to witness it firsthand.
