A Taste of the Philippines: The VIP Dinner
The excitement kicked off the night before on February 7th with an intimate VIP dinner at Kalye NYC, where media, influencers, and designers gathered for a taste of the Philippines. The menu included a decadent three-course meal of authentic Filipino cuisine featuring Chicken Satti with peanut sauce, Uni Palabok, Tuna Kinilaw, and Sisig Puri, curated by Chef Vance and paired with expertly crafted cocktails. Designers enlightened the guests by sharing their journeys—transforming their 2023 dreams into 2025 reality and officially claiming their spot on the official NYFW.com calendar.
